HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Scottish Fix shortbread biscuits are unlike any other shortbread cookie in North America - for 15 years we shared with friends and colleagues, and our friends encouraged us to share this wee bit of heaven with the world. So...we tested, researched, tested, adjusted and had our English, Irish and Scottish friends taste test for us and found what it takes to make our unique shortbread in large hand made quantities with the distinctive quality, texture and taste that is quintessentially the English experience - and we did it with unequaled dunking qualities too.
